The monument "Courage" is one of the most significant monuments in Tashkent, dedicated to the tragic events and heroism of people who survived the devastating earthquake on April 26, 1966. The monument was erected on the site of the epicenter of the earthquake as a symbol of memory of the tragedy and gratitude to the people who helped rebuild the city.
