Booking and Accommodation Rules

1. Room reservations, check-in and check-out of the hotel are made around the clock.

2. The booking is considered guaranteed if the room is paid in advance. With a guaranteed reservation, the room is reserved for the guest for the paid period. Non-guaranteed booking is made upon prior request of the Guest without prior payment for accommodation. In case of non-guaranteed booking, in case of non-arrival of the Guest, the Contractor cancels the reservation after the check-out time (14 hours) on the arrival date.

3. When booking, placing or freely settling in, the Guest chooses the room category, and the right to choose a specific room belonging to this category remains with the Hotel Administrator.

4. The guest can cancel the booking in case of a change of their intentions. The guaranteed reservation must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the arrival date, and only in writing. In this case, the prepayment is refundable or remains on the guest's deposit for future arrivals. In case of late cancellation, the Hotel is entitled to compensation in the amount of 100% of the cost of accommodation for 1 night. Other cancellation conditions are accepted in accordance with the concluded contracts for the provision of hotel services.

5. Information on prices for rooms and additional services is available at the reception desk of the hotel. Payment is made depending on the type of room and the services provided to the Guest.

6. Check-in at the hotel is carried out on the basis of presentation of identification documents.

7. Check-out time is 12.00 p.m. Check-in time is 14.00 hours, current day. If you check in before check-out time (from 6.00 a.m. to 2 p.m.), the early check-in fee is charged according to the Price List for additional services.
In case of delayed check-out, the late check-out fee is charged based on the room category occupied by the Customer and according to the Price List for accommodation in the following order:
- no more than 6 hours after check-out time (from 12 to 18 hours) - hourly payment;
- from 6 to 12 hours after check-out time - payment for half a day;
- from 12 to 24 hours after check-out time - a fee for a full day.

8. For children staying with their parents with a separate place, the fee is charged in accordance with the approved Price List.

9. Upon arrival at the Hotel, the guest pays the cost of the stay in full. Additional services are also paid in advance.

10. Payment for accommodation and additional services is made according to the price
list approved by the Hotel. Payment for services can be made in cash or
non-cash form.

11. The hotel determines the list of services included in the price. The included services are provided only to registered guests.

12. Guests should take care of the property of the hotel, observe silence and order, as well as fire safety regulations. The damage caused to the hotel is subject to compensation based on the relevant Contractor's invoice. The damage is calculated by the Contractor based on the double value of the damaged property and, or based on the double amount of the cost of payment for its restoration.

13. Upon registration, each guest is given an electronic room key. For the safety of guests and the safety of their property, it is not recommended to transfer the key card to unauthorized persons. The key card is the property of the hotel, and the Hotel charges a fine for the loss of the key.

14. In order to ensure security on the territory of the hotel, a security clearance regime has been established for guests' vehicles. When leaving the hotel, payment must be made for the services provided.

15. In order to ensure the personal safety of guests and to maintain order, video surveillance is conducted on the territory of the hotel. The hotel has the right to refuse service to a guest who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

16. In order to avoid a fire, hotel guests are advised to strictly observe generally accepted fire safety standards and regulations.

17. In case of violation of the rules of accommodation, the Hotel has the right to refuse the guest further accommodation.

18. The client's guests, at his request and with the notification of the Hotel Administrator, may stay at the hotel until 23.00 hours, subject to presentation of an identity document. If the client's guest stays in the room after 23 hours, his hotel stay must be arranged.

19. Upon leaving the hotel, the Guest is obliged to hand over the room, the key card to the hotel Administrator and make the final payment for accommodation and additional services.

20. Room acceptance is carried out during the guest's departure.

21. The book of reviews and suggestions is located at the reception desk.

22. When concluding a Contract for the provision of hotel services, the Guest is considered to have been notified about the use of video surveillance systems by the Hotel in public areas of the Hotel.

23. Guests who have booked and paid for additional services at the hotel in advance, enjoy the right of priority service in the provision of these services.

24. The Hotel has the right to terminate the contract with the Guest in case of repeated or gross violation by the Guest of these Rules, rules against
