Beldersay is a popular ski resort. It is located in the Gazalkentsky district of the Tashkent region, just 80 kilometers from Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan, and 5 kilometers from another ski resort, Chimgan. Unlike the "Chimgan", the "Beldersay" is more compact, comfortable and recommended for lovers of sports skating. A first-class hotel and ski trails have been built on the territory of the resort. There are 2 cable cars in Beldersay – a steam-powered one (2.5 km long, ascent time ~ 24 minutes, elevation difference 565 m., and a towed one ("mop" - about 1 km long, ascent time ~ 5 minutes, elevation difference ~ 200 m.,

The tow rope is like a continuation of the chairlift and is located only 100 m away. above the upper station of the road. At the lower station of the bugelnaya road there is a mini cafe where there are snacks, hot tea, coffee, drinks. The Beldersay ski Trail is one of the best downhill sports trails in the CIS and meets the standards of the International Ski Federation (FIS). The length of the route is 3,017 m, the height difference is 765 m, the average slope is 26° (the maximum slope is 52°). The absolute height of the upper mark of the route is 2350 m.

There are 2 ski areas in Beldersay: the upper piste and the Kumbel mountains to the lower station of the cable car with a drop of 200 m. These are mostly trails for confident skiers. The "black and red trails" with a slope width of 1-1.5 km allow you to choose descent options for less experienced skiers. The length of the route is from 500 m to 2-3 km. The lower part of the route belongs to the "red" category with one small "black" section. Off-piste skiing on virgin snow is also possible, but it is recommended accompanied by a local guide. Unequipped slopes are prone to avalanches.

In 2023, it is planned to replace the old cable car, which has been operating for more than 40 years, with a modern cable car with closed gondola cabins.
