The most important distinguishing feature of the Plov lounge & banquet hall restaurant is the author's cuisine. The mastermind and creator of the restaurant's menu is the talented and ambitious brand chef Igor Larionov.
The restaurant's menu consists of dishes of Oriental and European cuisine in the author's execution. The gastronomic accent of the restaurant is Teahouse Pilaf.
The list of the restaurant's most delicious dishes includes black manti with salmon and red caviar, baked bone marrow, chef's signature pasta in a head of granola cheese, baked sea bass in a shell of salt.
The interior of the establishment deserves special attention, here you can see a wall made of 1200 plaits (buttermilk goul), tiles in the national style made by Spanish craftsmen, as well as chandeliers made of Adras and khan atlas material.
