After the success of the Krasnodar Yuzhanin project, which has become one of the iconic gastro and night spots of the city, the Family Garden holding team expanded the geography of the project by opening a second Yuzhanin in Tashkent, where life does not cease day or night. Yuzhanin is a collaboration between Family Garden and Arkady Novikov, who co–founded the project. In the modern interior of the restaurant with accent chairs and conceptual chandeliers, the southern orientation of the restaurant is traced through a combination of textures, shades and materials, and the spacious veranda will become a place of attraction for guests in the warmer months. Brand chef Ruslan Italmazov has created a cuisine familiar to Europeans, preserving the Caucasian flavor. The menu has items for every gastronomic preference: from salad with crispy eggplant and cream cheese, lobio and kharcho to satsivi, baked lamb drumstick with celery root puree, lula and shish kebab. Among the pastries are delicate khichins, khachapuri of various types and chebureks. And in the "From the Chef" section, the most striking flavor combinations are presented: spicy rotti with smoked beef and spicy adjika sauce, shrimp popcorn with sweet wasabi or chili lime sauce, and tender mini chebureks with shrimp and crab. Live music will be played in the restaurant from Wednesday to Sunday, and on Fridays and Saturdays Yuzhanin plans to become the center of Tashkent's dance life: parties, concerts by celebrities and young bands. An active entertainment program with animation and various workshops was also prepared for the young guests.
